How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the application form from the institute’s official website: http://www.bitsindri.ac.in/. the requisite documents needed to be enclosed along with the application form are the self attested photocopies of Final year/Semester marks sheet & passing certificate of BE/ B Tech or equivalent, Appearing candidates should attach 7th semester / 3rd year marks sheet, Marks sheet of 10th & 10+2, Passing certificate of 10th for age proof, Caste certificate (for reserve category) and valid Gate Score.
In order to complete the application, a DD of Rs 700 for General/OBC candidates and Rs 400 for SC/St candidates, is to be sent along. The DD should be drawn in the favour of “Director, BIT Sindri” payable at SBI, BIT Sindri (Branch Code- 11812). The duly filled application along with the enclosure documents and DD should be sent by Speed Post to “The Director, BIT Sindri, PO Sindri Institute, Dist. Dhanbad- 828123, Jharkhand” latest by May 14, 2011. For more details about application and admission procedures, candidates are requested to visit institute’s abovementioned official website.
