University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into one year self financing Advance Diploma in Medical Instrumentation course, offered in the upcoming academic session 2011-12.

Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/ or www.caluniv-ucsta.net. The application fee of Rs 200 should be paid by CU Challan (available at the CU cash counters). The duly filled in application form along with the challan copy and requisite enclosure documents should be submitted at the office of The Head, Department of Applied Optics and Photonics, CU, Rajabazar Science College, 92, APC Road, Kolkata – 700009, latest by September 8, 2011.
