Institute of Bioinformatics & Applied Biotechnology (IBAB), Bangalore, Karnataka, has invited applications for admission into Master of Science (M Sc) in Bioinformatics and Biotechnology programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2011. Admissions will be made through an online entrance test scheduled to be held on the date mentioned below followed by an interview, to be held between June 6 to 10, 2011. The programme is being offered in collaboration with the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).

Interested candidates can download the application form either in word or PDF format from the institute's official website: http://www.ibab.ac.in/. The downloaded application form, completed in all respects should be sent along with a DD of Rs 500 (Rs 1000 for NRI/Foreign students) drawn in favor of Institute of Bioinformatics and Applied Biotechnology payable at Bangalore. In case candidates are using word document of application form, they can send the form via E-mail and DD and other documents by post/courier. Candidates can also apply online by visiting the aforementioned website. Candidates applying online are required to send the DD and other documents by post/courier.
