Interested candidates may obtain the prospectus containing application form from all regional centres (given on the IGNOU’s official website: http://www.ignou.ac.in/) and IGNOU Headquarters, New Delhi against a payment of Rs 100. The same can be downloaded from the website: http://www.ignou.ac.in/ or obtained through post by sending a DD of Rs 150 drawn in favour of IGNOU, payable at New Delhi/ City of the concerned Regional Center, to Registrar (SRD) IGNOU, Maidan Garhi.
