How to apply
Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form along with bank challan proforma from the website: http://www.iitr.ac.in/admissions/. The application fee is Rs 200 which should be paid through bank challan proforma at any branch of Punjab National Bank throughout the country. Candidate must attach the Institute copy of the challan along with the duly filled in application form. However, in case Punjab National Bank Branch is not available at candidate’s place or nearby place, then one can send the DD of Rs 200 drawn in favour of Chairman PG Admission, IIT Roorkee payable at Roorkee. The duly filled in application form along with the challan copy/DD (whichever applicable) and requisite enclosure documents (list given in the Institute’s website) should be sent to Chairman, PG Admission, IIT Roorkee (in A4 size envelop only) latest by October 18, 2011. For more detailed information regarding admission, eligibility criteria and application procedures candidates are requested to visit the Institute’s abovementioned official website.
Note: - Candidates are required to send separate application for separate departments/centres and similarly, for each department/ centre separate fees will be required with each completed application form.
