Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form from the websites: www.mpuat.ac.in or www.rcaudaipur.net. The application fee is Rs 500 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of Comptroller, MPUAT, Udaipur. The duly filled in application along with DD and enclosure documents (list given on the website) should be submitted latest by July 11, 2011.
