How to Apply
Interested candidates can apply online or offline. The online application / prospectus have already been made available on the University's official website: http://bfuhs.ac.in/. One can obtain the printed application and prospectus on payment of Rs 800 from the following centres:
- Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot
- University Institute of Pharmacy
Candidates applying online have to pay Rs 2800 (1800 for SC candidates) in the University account through any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce by using the specified Bank Challan form (available on the website). However, candidates who will buy prospectus and apply on the admission application form available in the prospectus will have to pay Rs 2000 (Rs 1000 for SC candidates) in the University account through any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce by using the specified Bank Challan form, attached at the end of the printed prospectus. Candidates must take a printout of the successfully submitted online form (applicable for candidates applying online only). The last date of applying online is July 10, 2012. Last date of submission of printout of the online application form or admission application form available in the prospectus is July 16, 2012.
