Institute of Medical Sciences (IMS), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into B Sc (Bachelor of Science) Nursing / B Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) (Ayurveda) courses, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the B Sc Nursing & B Pharm (Ayurveda) Entrance Test-2012, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the Institute/University. The course of B Sc Nursing, is being offered in the College of Nursing at Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi; however, B Pharm (Ayurveda) will be offered at The Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Barkacha, Mirzapur District, under Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU, Varanasi.

How to Apply
Interested candidates can download the prescribed application form and information booklet from IMS's official website: www.imsbhu.nic.in or BHU’s official website: www.bhu.ac.in. In addition, one may obtain the same in person from the office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi - 221005 on cash payment of Rs 50. One can also get the application form/information booklet through post by sending requisition along with self-addressed unstamped envelope along with a letter of request and a DD of Rs 100 drawn in favour of the Director, IMS, BHU, payable at Varanasi. The application fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 600 for SC/ST candidates) which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of the Director, IMS,BHU payable at Varanasi. The duly filled in application form along with DD and requisite documents, should be sent to office of the Director, IMS, BHU, Varanasi - 221005, latest by March 28, 2012 (5.00 pm).
Note: Candidates are notified that no separate application is required, if applying for both courses.
