Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into MBA (Master of Business Administration) / MBA (Master of Business Administration) [IB - International Business)] programmes, to be offered in the session 2013-14. Admission will be done on the basis of Combined Merit acquired by the candidate in the CAT 2012 (50% weightage), Academic Record (20% weightage) and Group Discussion and Interview (30% weightage).
Note: FMS, BHU uses CAT score for short listing the candidates for admission in its management courses. However, IIMs have no role either in the selection process or in the conduct of the program.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form from the Faculty of Management Studies, BHU, Varanasi, against a crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) / Banker’s Cheque of Rs 1000 (Rs 650 for SC / ST candidates) (till November 2012) or through post by sending requisition along with crossed SBI Bank Draft (MICR) of Rs 1050 (Rs 700 for SC / ST candidates) and self-addressed envelope of 32 x 26 cm, till 5 November, 2012. Application form can also be downloaded from the University's official website: http://bhu.ac.in/fms/admissions.html. The downloaded application form must be submitted along with a demand draft of Rs 1000 (Rs 650 for SC / ST category candidates).
The Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque should be drawn in favour of the Registrar, Banaras Hindu University, payable at SBI, BHU Main Branch (Code 0211). SC/ST applicants must submit a copy of Caste Certificate for obtaining application form at concessional rate. The duly filled in and completed application form along with all requisite enclosure documents (details given on the website) should be submitted to “The Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi – 221005”, latest by November 27, 2012.
