Birla Institute of Technology (BIT) Mesra, Ranchi, Jharkhand, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into two-year (Four Semester) full-time MBA (Master of Business Administration) programme, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012-14. Candidates will be selected on the basis of percentile scored in CAT 2011 / CMAT 2012, followed by counseling. Admission to MBA programme will be offered at BIT Mesra and the below mentioned BIT extension centres.
Note: BIT Mesra will conduct Group Discussion (GD) / Personal Interview (PI) for selecting candidates.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online only by logging onto the official website of BIT, Mesra: http://www.bitmesra.ac.in/ from January 15, 2012 onwards. In addition, candidates have to download the Bank Challan form of SBI Bank and ICICI Bank from the abovementioned website and use the same to pay the application fee (non-refundable) of Rs 2000 (Rs 1200 for SC / ST candidates) from the respective banks (list of banks given on the website). The application fee must be deposited in favor of “Birla Institute of Technology”. After paying the application fee, one will get a Challan number which should be entered online to complete the application. Print out of the duly filled in application form, along with all requisite documents (list is given on the website), should be submitted to The Office of Dean Admission & Academic Coordination, Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi - 835215, latest by March 26, 2012. The envelope containing the application form must be superscripted by “Application for MBA 2012”. For further information regarding admission, eligibility criteria, and application procedure, one can log onto the aforementioned official website of BIT Mesra.
