University of Burdwan, also known as Burdwan University, Burdwan, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into Preparatory Course for WBCS Exam, to be offered in the upcoming academic session 2012-13. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the selection test, to be conducted by the University.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form from University Sales Counter (Rajbati) from 11 am to 2.30 pm (except Saturday, Sunday & Holidays) on payment of Rs 250 from August 27, 2012 to September 10, 2012. Application forms can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://www.buruniv.ac.in/. Downloaded application should be accompanied with a Bank Draft of Rs 250 in favour of The Finance Officer, The University of Burdwan. The duly filled in and completed application form along with all requisite enclosure documents and application must be accompanied with attested photocopies of all testimonials, should be submitted to P G Office, Old Humanities Building , Golapbag Campus between 12 noon to 3 pm (except Saturday, Sunday and Holidays), latest by September 10, 2012. Application may be submitted by post also to The Asst. Registrar III, “The University of Burdwan, Rajbati, Burdwan – 713104”.
