University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, Kolkata, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for direct admission into vacant seats of 1st semester of 4-year B Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Jute & Fibre Technology course, to be offered in the ensuing academic session 2012-16. The direct admission process will be followed through Decentralised Counseling as per the Order No. 314-Edn(T)/4E-10/12 dt. 31st July, 2012 of the Higher Education Department, Technical Branch, Govt. of West Bengal.
