Department of Chemical Technology, University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) (Tech) programmes in Applied Chemistry / Petrochemicals & Petroleum Refinery Engineering / Pharmaceutical & Fine Chemicals Technology as per the following, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the University.
