Faculty of Law, University of Calcutta, popularly known as Calcutta University, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into 5 year BA LLB (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Law) programme, to be offered in the ensuing academic session 2012-13. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, followed by counseling, to be conducted by the University.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application forms from the University of Calcutta Sales Counter at College Street, Kolkata - 700 073 on payment of Rs 320 (Rs 300 + Rs 20 as centre fee) for general category candidates and Rs 170 (Rs 150 + Rs 20 as centre fee) for SC / ST / Physically Challenged candidates on all working days (from 11.00 am to 3.00 pm). Application form can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://www.caluniv.ac.in/. However, in case of downloaded application forms, payment for the purpose will have to be deposited in the University, Hazra Campus Cash Counter at 51/1, Hazra Road, Kolkata - 700 019, before 3.00 pm. The duly filled in and completed application form along with all requisite enclosure documents should be sent to the office of the Department of Law, University of Calcutta at 51/1, Hazra Road , Kolkata - 700 019 latest by May 18, 2012.
