Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical University (CSMMU), Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, has invited applications from eligible candidates to register for All India DM / M Ch Entrance Examination 2012, also known as AIDMMCHEE. The entrance examination is conducted in order to select eligible candidates for admission into DM / M Ch courses, to be offered in the ensuing session 2012-13.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to apply online by filling in the online application form made available on the University’s official website: http://csmmu.in/. Application and examination fee for one subject is Rs 2000 and for two subjects is Rs 2500. The fee should be paid online only. The official bank for submission of fee is Axis Bank (any CBS branch in the country or by Master / Visa Card). One can also pay the fee through Bank Challan (downloadable from the website). Last date of fee payment is July 13, 2012. The last date of submission of online application form and completing application procedure is July 16, 2012 (up to 5.00 pm).
