Dr Harisingh Gour University (DHSGSU), Sagar, Madhya Pradesh, (a Central University) has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into M Phil (Master of Philosophy) / PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme in the following departments, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the University.
Note: Candidates qualified NET (JRF) / National scholarship holders need not appear for the entrance examination, but are required to appear for the interview.

How to Apply
Interested candidates are required to download the prescribed application form from the University’s official website: http://www.dhsgsu.ac.in/. Direct link to download the same is: http://www.dhsgsu.ac.in/eephd%20applicationform.pdf. Fee for entrance test is Rs 900 (for General candidates), Rs 450 [for OBC candidates (NCL Category) and Rs 225 (for SC / ST / PH / VH). The application form should be deposited through Challan form (downloadable from the website) to the SBI Power Jyoti Account with Account No. 32000156472, at any branch of SBI all over India. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosure documents, should be submitted personally or sent through Registered Post / Speed Post, to the HOD or Convener, DPGC of the concerned department, latest by April 28, 2012.
