Mumbai: Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai, Maharashtra, has announced Centralized Admission Process (CAP) schedule for first year of four yearPharmacy programme. The above said programme will be offered in the ensuing session 2012 at state government / aided institutes / University managed institutes / University departments and such unaided institutes or such number of seats from unaided institutes which have been decided by mutual consent to form part of the admission process. The CAP schedule is as follows:
July 18, 2012: Display of provisional seat distribution on the DTE website:
July 19, 2012: Start of submission of Online Option Form for CAP Round I by eligible Maharashtra state and All India candidates at ARC (in person) or through website and confirmation of submitted Online Option Form for CAP Round I at ARC (in person).
July 22, 2012: Last date of submission of Online Option Form for CAP Round I at ARC (in person) or through website and confirmation of submitted Online Option Form for CAP Round I at ARC (in person).
July 24, 2012 (at 5.00 pm): Display of provisional allotment in CAP Round I for Maharashtra state and All India candidates
July 25, 2012: Reporting of Maharashtra and All India candidates to the institute as per the allotment in CAP Round I
July 28, 2012 (Up to 5.00 pm): Last date of reporting to the institute as per the allotment in CAP Round I by Maharashtra and All India Candidates.
July 30, 2012 (at 5.00 pm): Display of seats available and list of Maharashtra state and All India Candidates eligible to participate in CAP Round II
July 31, 2012: Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round II by eligible Maharashtra state and all India candidates at ARC (in person) or through website and confirmation of submitted Online Option Form for CAP Round I at ARC (in person).
August 3, 2012 (up to 5.00 pm): Last date of submission of Online Option / Preference Form of CAP Round II by eligible Maharashtra state and all India candidates at ARC (in person) or through website and confirmation of submitted Online Option Form for CAP Round I at ARC (in person).
August 6, 2012 (at 5.00 pm): Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round II for Maharashtra state & all India candidates
August 7, 2012: Reporting of Maharashtra state and all India candidates to the institute as per allotment in CAP Round II
August 10, 2012 (up to 5.00 pm): Last date of Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP Round II by Maharashtra state and all India candidates
August 14, 2012 (at 5.00 pm): Display of available seats for CAP Round III and merit list of Maharashtra state candidates eligible to participate in CAP Round III (by counseling)
August 16, 2012: Start of Admission round by counseling (CAP Round III) only for Maharashtra candidates (in person) at Government College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad
August 18, 2012: Last date of admission round by counseling in person for CAP Round III for Maharashtra candidates (in person) at Government College of Pharmacy, Aurangabad
August 17, 2012: Reporting by the Maharashtra state candidates as per allotment of CAP Round III to the respective Institute
August 22, 2012 (up to 5.00 pm): Last date of reporting by the Maharashtra state candidates as per allotment of CAP Round III to the respective Institute
As per the notification issued by DTE Maharashtra, candidates have to submit the Online Option Form for CAP by logging onto the official website of DTE Maharashtra: http://dte.org.in/. In addition, one can start the registration process by logging onto the direct link for CAP: http://www.dte.org.in/ph2012/. All candidates have to pay Rs 100 in cash as processing fee for each of CAP Round at Application form Receipt Centre (ARC).
It is mandatory for all candidates to confirm the Online Option Form (in person) at ARC and get the Receipt-cum-Acknowledgement duly signed by ARC, failing which will not be considered for seats allotment. All ARCs will remain open on all days of schedule (including holidays except August 15, 2012) between 11.00 am and 5.00 pm.
