Department of Chemistry, Delhi University (DU), New Delhi, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme in Chemistry, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, to be conducted by the University department.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application form from the office of the Head, Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, Delhi - 110007. Applications can also be downloaded from the University's official website: http://www.du.ac.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.du.ac.in/fileadmin/DU/students/Pdf/admissions/2012/Ph.D/4612_Chem_PhD_Prog.pdf. The entrance exam fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for SC / ST candidates) which is to be paid in the form of DD.
The DD should be drawn in favour of The Registrar, University of Delhi. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosure documents and DD (of applicable amount), should be sent through registered post to The Head, Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, latest by June 30, 2012.
