Pune: Film & Television Institute of India, well known as FTII, Pune, Maharashtra, has extended the last date of receipt of application form for admission into various degree & diploma courses, to be offered by the institute in the upcoming session 2012.
Now, aspirants can submit their offline and online application (including postal and other delays) by March 13, 2012. In addition, those who are applying through online mode should submit their declaration slip along with required demand draft to the institute latest by March 24, 2012. Earlier the last date for submission for both online and offline mode was February 29, 2012.
FTII will be conducting a national level entrance test for admission into its various degree and diploma courses on May 6, 2012 at the following centres: Agartala, Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Gangtok, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jaipur, Jammu, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, and Thiruvananthapuram.
Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, is an autonomous body functioning under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. FTII was established in 1960 at the erstwhile Prabhat studio premises in Pune. It is an affiliated organization of world renowned CILECT or International Liaison Centre of Schools of Cinema and Television.
