ICAR Shifts 17th AIEEA PG Exam 2012 From Delhi Centre to Faridabad

New Delhi: Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi, has shifted the All India Entrance Examinations for Admission 2012, also known as AIEEA, Delhi exam centre (code no-10) to Faridabad. The AIEEA PG 2012 is scheduled to be held on April 15, 2012 from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm.
 
As per the notification issued by the Council, the change has been made due to the recently announced elections of Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD). Therefore, all the candidates who have opted for the Delhi (code no-10) centre are now advised to report at the Faridabad exam centre and make their travel plans accordingly.
 
The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), headquartered in New Delhi, is an autonomous organization under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education (DARE), Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. Formerly known as Imperial Council of Agricultural Research, it was established on 16 July 1929 as a registered society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 in pursuance of the report of the Royal Commission on Agriculture. With 97 ICAR institutes and 47 agricultural universities spread across the country this is one of the largest national agricultural systems in the world.
