Gwalior: The convocation ceremony for the year 2010 and 2011 of Jiwaji University, Gwalior, will be organized on November 9, 2012. As per the notification issued the University, the degrees and medals will be presented to candidates who have passed M Phil, PhD, D Lit courses and graduation examinations.
One must note that all those candidates who have registered their candidature for the same during the month of February 2012 will be granted degrees during the ceremony. According to the notification, all registered candidates will be required to wear wear a special convocation gown during the ceremony, which may be obtained by paying Rs 500 and Rs 25 (security deposit).
All those candidates who want to receive their degrees and diploma certificates during the ceremony are required to attend the rehearsal of the same. The rehearsal of convocation ceremony will be conducted on November 8, 2012 at 12.00 pm.
