All those candidates, who appeared in the entrance test for admission into the PhD Course Work in Sociology for session 2011-12, can check the admission list by logging into the aforementioned website. Candidates listed in the mentioned list are required to get their original documents/certificates/testimonials verified by the Admission Committee of the Department and collect the admission slip from the Department. After collecting the admission slip, they must go to the Fee Section (Room No. 18, Ground Floor, Old Art Faculty Building, KU Kurukshetra), collect the fee voucher, and deposit the dues with the State Bank of India, University Campus, Kurukshetra, latest by January 16, 2012.
After depositing the dues with the Bank, they should go again to the Fee Section, collect the Roll No., if any, from there and get the same entered in the Departmental Admission Register. If any candidate fails to do so, his/her provisional admission shall stand cancelled and the responsibility for this lapse shall lie with the concerned candidates.
