Noida: The first ever convocation ceremony of Mahamaya Technical University (MTU), Uttar Pradesh, is scheduled to be organized on January 29, 2013 from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at JSSAET campus C-20/1, Sector-62, Noida. The convocation is being conducted for the students of MBA / M Tech / M Pharm who have passed out in the year 2012.
As per the notification issued by the University, the convocation address shall be delivered by Padma Vibhushan Dr. E Sreedharan, Principal Advisor / DMRC, an eminent engineer, distinguished manager and a visionary leader. All those students of the aforesaid courses are expected to attend the ceremony. Students who want to participate in the ceremony are required to register their candidature by logging onto the University’s official website: http://www.mtu.ac.in/. The last date to register is January 25, 2013.
MBA / M Tech / M Pharm degree holders who have secured 75% and above marks and all Gold and Silver medal awardees shall be presented their degrees / medals on the dias, while the rest of the eligible post graduate students shall be conferred the degrees at their places in the Pandal and get their degrees by separate arrangement on the same day. The remaining students shall be conferred their degrees in absentia.
