National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, Odisha, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following departments of PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) / M Tech (Master of Technology) (Research) programme, to be offered in the starting mid-autumn semester (October) session 2012-13. How to Apply
Interested candidates need to apply online by logging onto the Institute’s official website: http://www.nitrkl.ac.in/ or admission portal: http://application.nitrkl.ac.in/. The application fee (non-refundable) is Rs. 500 which is to be paid in the form of DD drawn in favor of The Director, National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, payable at any bank in Rourkela. After submitting the online application successfully, one must take a printout of the application form.
The duly acknowledged printout of the application form, along with DD and appropriate Sponsorship Certificate (if applicable), should be sent to The Assistant Registrar (Academic), National Institute of Technology, Rourkela - 769 008 (Odisha), latest by August 30, 2012. The envelope containing the application form should be super scribed with “Application for PhD / M Tech (Research)”. For any further details regarding admission, eligibility criteria, and application procedure, candidates are requested to visit the Institute’s abovementioned official website.
