Interested candidates can download the application form from the Institute’s official website: http://www.nitw.ac.in/. The application fee / registration fees is Rs 600 (Rs 300 for SC/ST candidates) in the form of a crossed DD drawn in favour of The Director, National Institute of Technology, Warangal, payable at SBH, NIT Warangal branch (Code No. 20149). The duly filled in and completed application form, along with the DD and other requisite enclosure documents (as mentioned on the website), should be sent to the Deputy Registrar, Academic Section, National Institute of Technology, Warangal 506 004, through Registered Post, latest by November 21, 2012. Applicants must mention their name and programme applied for on the reverse side of the DD. The envelope containing the application form, DD and other necessary enclosures (details given on the website) should be superscribed as “APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO PHD IN THE DEPARTMENT OF _______”.
