Mangalore: The second convocation ceremony of NITTE University, Karnataka, is scheduled to be organized on November 17, 2012 (Saturday) at 4.00 pm onwards in K.S. Hegde Auditorium. According to the notification issued by the University, the eligible awardees of NITTE University degree [MD, MS, MDS, M Pharm, M Sc (Nursing), MPT and P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing)] are invited to attend the convocation.

- To register their attendance at the Registration counter & collect the convocation gown
- To be present in the auditorium with neat white dress & convocation gown
- To occupy the seats in the convocation hall at least half an hour earlier to the commencement of the convocation function
- To stand up when the convocation procession enters the hall & remain so until the chancellor & the dignitaries take their seats
- To maintain silence & discipline throughout the function
- To switch off their mobile phone in the convocation hall
- Not to move around or leave the auditorium during the progress of the convocation
- To receive the Degree/ Merit Certificate, proceed towards the Chancellor, bow to the Chancellor, receive the Degree/ Merit Certificate, bow again and then leave the dais
- To stand up and remain so when the procession leaves the hall, after the function is over
- To return the convocation gown
