Interested candidates are required to register their candidature online by filling in the online application form made available on the website: http://ubsadmissions.puchd.ac.in/index.php. After successfully submitting the online application form, one must take a printout of the same and download the SBI slip (to be used for paying the fee in any SBI branch). The duly acknowledged copy of printout of online submitted application form, along with the requisite documents (details given on the website: http://admissions.puchd.ac.in/includes/admissions/2012/20121025151410-ubs-handbook.pdf), should be sent to Assistant Registrar, University Business School, Arts Block - III, Panjab University, Chandigarh-160014 through registered post / speed post or by hand, latest December 10, 2012 (up to 4.00 pm).
