Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University (RKMVU), West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into the following full time Integrated Rural Development and Management (IRDM) programme, to be offered in the upcoming session commencing from July 2012. The courses are being offered at the University’s Faculty Centre located at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Campus, Narendrapur, West Bengal. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates' performance in the entrance test, followed by personal interview, to be conducted by the University.

- M Sc in Agricultural Biotechnology
- M Sc / MA in Integrated Rural Development and Management (IRDM)
Date of Exam
Written admission test is scheduled to be conducted on March 31, 2012 (Saturday) from 11 am onwards.

How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prescribed application form from Narendrapur Faculty Centre of the University, located at Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Campus, Narendrapur, (near Main Gate) during office hours (Monday - Saturday), on payment of Rs 250 by cash. Application forms can also be downloaded from the University’s official website: http://www.rkmvu.ac.in/. However, the downloaded application form should be sent along with a DD of Rs 300 (DD should be drawn in favor of ‘Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur, RKMVERI’ payable at Ranchi). The completed form should be submitted along with an additional passport size photograph. The duly filled-in and completed application forms along with requisite documents (details mentioned on the website) should be sent by post to “Dean, IRDM Faculty Centre of Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda University, Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Narendrapur, P.O. Narendrapur, Kolkata 700103”, latest by March 26, 2012.
