How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the application forms along with the information brochure from SPA Bhopal, on cash payment of Rs 100 from April 15, 2012 onwards. The application form can also be downloaded from the institute. The fee is Rs 1000 (Rs 500 for SC / ST / Physically Handicapped candidates), which should be paid in the form of DD drawn on a nationalized bank in favor of Director, SPA Bhopal, payable at Bhopal. The duly filled-in and completed application along with requisite documents and DD should be submitted latest by May 30, 2012.
