BEd Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) 2013 is scheduled to be held in Kanpur tomorrow i.e. on April 24, 2013. This year, JEE will be conducted by Gorakhpur University across 55 centers in the city of Kanpur. More than 31,000 aspirants will be participating in this entrance test.
As per sources, another fifty test-centers have been set up in Fatehpur, Sitapur, Rae Bareli and Unnao. The examination will be conducted in two-shifts. The JEE will be held from 8.00 am to 11.00 am and 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm. This year, over 23,000 aspirants will take up the test in these districts. The admit cards have already been issued to the candidates. Those who had not yet received the admit cards can download it from www.upbed.nic.in from April 22, 2013.
Besides, as per the provision of Gorakhpur University if an aspirant does not get his/her admit card, he/she can download it from the website. Such students will have to affix a photograph on the specified place on the admit card and get the same verified by the centre head. On the approval of the centre head, the student will be allowed to appear in the examination.
Furthermore, sources have informed that Gorakhpur University had included Farrukhabad, Sitapur, Rae Bareli and Unnao in Kanpur zone. The examination in these zones will be supervised by CSJM University. The Faculty members of CSJMU have been made the district co-ordinators and will be assisted by deputy co-ordinators.
