How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by filling and submitting the application form on the official website of the institute: http://www.iitk.ac.in/. In addition, an application fee of Rs 400 (Rs 200 for SC / ST candidates) is to be paid by the candidates in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of The Registrar, IIT Kanpur, payable at Kanpur.
Moreover, those seeking admission in Department of Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Material Science & Engineering, can apply either online or offline. Paper Application form for these departments is available on the abovementioned website of the institute.
The hard copy of the online submitted application form or the downloaded form, duly complete in all respects along with the DD and all requisite documents, should be sent to the Concerned Department, on or before April 11, 2013.
