Navi Mumbai: Mahatma Gandhi Mission (MGM) Institute of Health Sciences (a deemed University u/s of 3 UGC Act, 1996), located in the state of Maharashtra, will conduct its third convocation ceremony on March 25, 2013 at 11.00 am. The ceremony will be held at MGMIHS Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai- 410 209. All those students, who have passed out from the institute in recent years, will be facilitated during the ceremony.
The candidates, who wish to receive their degrees in person, are required to submit the prescribed application form to the Registrar of the Institute. The convocation fee to attend the ceremony and receive degree in person is Rs 1000, which can be paid through a DD drawn in favour of MGM Institute of Health Sciences, payable at Mumbai. The last date of submitting the application with fee is March 5, 2013 and with a late fee of Rs 1500, is March 11, 2013.

Moreover, a candidate is advised to attach his / her two passport size coloured photographs indicating his / her name and PR no. with a copy of convocation fee receipt, along with the convocation form.
However, if a candidate wants to receive the degree in absentia, he / she should pay a fee of Rs 3000 in the form of a DD in the mentioned format. The duly filled in and completed application form (for present / absentia) along with applicable fee should be sent to the Registrar, (MGM) Institute of Health Sciences (a deemed University u/s of 3 UGC Act, 1996), Navi Mumbai, within the mentioned time frame.
