Xavier Labour Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur has invited online applications from eligible candidates for admission into the below mentioned Certificate courses, to be offered under the Virtual Interactive Learning (VIL) Programme of the institute, in the ensuing session 2013. Admission will be made on the basis of candidates educational qualifications, followed by interview, to be conducted by the selection committee of XLRI on the following dates.

- Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM)

How to Apply
Interested candidates may apply online by visiting the official website of XLRI Jamshedpur: http://www.xlri.ac.in/. The direct link for the same is: http://sat.xlri.ac.in/satadmission/. An application fee of Rs 1500 is to be paid by the candidates in the form of Demand Draft (DD) drawn on any nationalized bank in favor of XLRI Jamshedpur, payable at Jamshedpur. After filling up all the details, candidates have to submit the application form online and take a print of the same for further correspondence with the institute.
The hard copy of the online submitted application form, duly complete in all respects, along with the DD of requisite amount (as mentioned above) should be sent to VIL Office; XLRI, Jamshedpur, Circuit House Area (East), Jamshedpur (Jharkhand) - 831001, on or before May 18, 2013. The envelope in which the application form is to be sent must be super scribed as “Application for admission PGCBM / PGCHRM”.
