The first cut-off list for various courses in DU colleges will be released tomorrow, i.e. on June 22, 2010, except for St Stephens College, which has already come up with its first cut-off lists. As per sources, the second cut-off list would be declared on June 26, while the third on July 1.

Every year, the new academic session at Delhi University (DU) starts in mid July. DU’s enrollment procedure that includes the sale of prospectus and application forms begins from late March to early April. Generally, the selection tests for various courses at the University take place during May and June. Thereafter, the colleges begin to release their cut-off lists one by one.

Furthermore, the cut-off marks for Pure Sciences (Hons) hover between 80-90% roughly every year, with little difference. Students from Arts/Humanities stream may hope to gain admissions with 70% plus for subjects like economics, sociology, psychology etc. Moreover, to get enrolled into its most sought after B.Com Pass course, very high percentages are required mainly in Mathematics, Accountancy etc.
