EAMCET 2010 Aspirants To Get Exam Updates on Mobile

Hyderabad: Engineering, Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (EAMCET) 2010, aspirants will get the exam updates regarding the venue for examination center and its phone numbers and results on their mobile through text messages. The exam would be held on May 30, the result would be announced by June 20.
 
EAMCET-2010, Chairman D.N. Reddy and Convener N.V. Ramana Rao during a press conference, made the announcement regarding this service. During the announcement they said that the information about mobile numbers belonging to the candidates or their guardians was being collected through the forms so that they could be texted the vital information about exams. However, the information would also be available through other sources.
 
Prof. Reddy informed that admit cards for the examination would be issued from April 30 to May 6 at all regional centers and students can collect them personally if the aspirants want while other will be posted to their residences. Lost or undelivered cards would be available for download from our website or the candidate can apply for a duplicate one.
 
In addition, emphasis was laid on the fact that students should plan to come early to the exam hall, as those coming even a minute later than the scheduled time would not be allowed. The seating process would commence 45 minutes before the examination. It would also be compulsory for the students to submit their OMR sheets or else criminal cases would be booked against them.
 
After the announcement of results, candidates from other boards such as Central Board of Secondary Examination (CBSE) or Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) would have to attach their Class 12th qualification mark-sheet to a separate sheet and submit it to the convener for the calculation of final ranks.
