IGNOU to Expand Full Time Programmes at Regional Centers

New Delhi: Rajasekharan Pillai, Vice Chancellor, Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), has announced that the Open University will expand its full time on campus programmes in its Regional Centers. The announcement was made at a party called Aagmann, which was organized by the on campus Students' Society of IGNOU to welcome new students.

University's official said that IGNOU's immediate goal was to assist its graduating students. The varsity currently has 22 full-time academic courses. As many as 500 students are enrolled in them. IGNOU launched these programmes last year for the first time, at its New-Delhi campus.
