University of Calcutta, also known as Calcutta University, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into MA (Master of Arts) in Journalism & Mass Communication course, offered in the upcoming session 2011. Admission will be made on the basis of candidate’s performance in the entrance test followed by group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) conducted by the University.

How to apply
Interested eligible candidates may obtain the prescribed application forms available from the University Sales Counter, College Street Campus, Kolkata -73 for admission test on payment of Rs 400. However, Honours Graduate in Journalism and Mass Communication of Calcutta University may collect application forms on payment of Rs 50 on production of Honours Part III Marks sheet for apply to direct admission quota. The duly filled in and completed application forms (for all categories) along with the requisite enclosure documents should be submitted to the office of the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication.
