Interested candidates can download the application form from IGNOU’s website: http://www.ignou.ac.in. One can also prospectus against a cash payment of Rs 200 from the Office of Centre for Extension Education (CEE), IGNOU. Also, the same can be also obtained against a payment of Rs 250.
