Jamia to Organize a Lecture on ‘Conflict Reporting’ on Sept 21

New Delhi: The Human-Rights Forum, Department of Political Science, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University will organize a lecture on the topic “Conflict Reporting” on September 21, 2011 at 11.30 am.
 
The venue will be the Tagore Hall, Dayar-e-Mir Taqi Mir, which is adjacent to Vice-Chancellor’s office, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University. The lecture session will be organized by Suhasini Haidar, Deputy Foreign Affairs Editor and Prime Time Anchor, CNN-IBN.
 
Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) University, New Delhi, is one of the oldest and renowned universities in the state. The University was originally established at Aligarh in United Provinces, India in the year 1920. It became a Central University by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1988 by a Special Act of the Parliament. The University has been offering been offering courses in a multitude of disciplines.
