Interested candidates can download the application form from the University's website at http:/www.unom.ac.in/ evening programme. Each downloaded application should be accompanied with a DD of Rs 300 drawn in favour of ‘The Registrar, University of Madras’, and payable at Chennai, else the application will be summarily rejected.
Thereafter, the filled in application form along with enclosures essential together with the Computer coding sheets should be submitted to the office of the Registrar, University of Madras, Tholkappiar Valagam Chepauk, Chennai - 600 005. The original certificates shall not be sent along with the filled-in-application.
