Delhi University (DU) Issues Second Cut-Off List for Admissions 2012

New Delhi: Delhi University (DU), has issued the second cut-off list for admission into various arts, commerce and science under courses, to be offered in the session 2012. The cut-off list has been published recently on the University’s official website: http://www.du.ac.in/.

As per sources, seats for B Com (honours) have already been taken in 36 colleges, however, 15 other colleges will continue admitting aspirants in the course starting June 29, 2012. According to the new cut-off list, Lady Shri Ram, Kirori Mal, Hindu and Sri Venkateswara have decreased their cutoffs for B Com (honours) by only 0.5%.
 
BA programme is not a specialized course but has been very popular amongst students. On the basis of first cut-off list, only six colleges have closed admissions in the course till now. Moreover, some popular colleges like Delhi College of Arts and Commerce and Shyam Lal (evening) have dropped their cutoffs by as much as 10%, making more candidates eligible for admissions in the list.
