How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the Bulletin of Information (BOI) along with application form by hand, from the office of the Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V P Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi - 110 007 (from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm) against a Bank Draft / Banker’s Cheque of Rs 750 for General / OBC Category and Rs 550 for SC / ST / PH category. However, the application form can also be downloaded from the University’s website: http://www.du.ac.in/ or faculty website: http://www.fmsc.ac.in/. The direct link to download the same is: http://www.fmsc.ac.in/notices/ug2012/application-form-MBBS-BDS-2012.pdf. However, the downloaded application form should be sent along with a DD / Banker’s Cheque of the applicable amount, drawn on any Nationalized Bank in favor of the Registrar, University of Delhi, payable at Delhi. The duly filled in and completed application form, along with all requisite enclosures (details given on the website) and DD, should be sent to Deputy Registrar, Faculty of Medical Sciences, 6th Floor, V.P. Chest Institute Building, University of Delhi, Delhi – 110 007, latest by June 29, 2012, by Hand, by Registered Post or by Speed Post only.
