IGNOU Introduces M.A. Psychology

New Delhi: The School of Social Sciences of the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has introduced the Master of Arts in Psychology (MAPC) Degree Programme. In the recent years, due to problems of human behaviour, the good psychologists with psychology degree are in great demand. Many schools, hospitals both private and public as well as voluntary welfare agencies and correctional institutions are demanding a large number of psychologists to overcome with their human behaviour issues.
 
Today, every renowned school preferring a psychologist with M.A. degree to work full time with their school students, and also teach psychology for classes XI and XII. In addition, many rehabilitation centers are being established all over India both in the mental health and physical disability areas, which demands qualified psychologists with an M.A. in Psychology to manage their centers.
