Last date of Registration for CMAT 2013-14 (Second Test) Extended Up to January 9

New Delhi: The last date of registration for All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) 2013-14 (Second Test) has been extended till January 9, 2013. Earlier, the last date of registration was January 2, 2013.
 
As per the notification issued by the Council, the computer based CMAT 2013-14 (second test) will be held from February 21 - 25, 2013. The timings for the same will be 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and 2.30 pm - 5.30 pm at 62 test centres in various cities throughout the country. Moreover, candidates will get a choice of three cities for online examination in the order of preference. Allotment will be based on first come first serve. Actual allotment; however, will be subject to availability of the slots in a particular city.
 
Also, all graduates in any discipline or final year students of Graduate course are eligible to apply for CMAT online. The test fee is Rs 1200 (for General / OBC candidates) and Rs 600 (for SC / ST / PD candidates) + Bank charges as applicable. The fee can be submitted online using net banking / Credit / Debit card through the website: http://www.aicte-cmat.in/ or through Challan generated online and cash deposited in any branch of State Bank of India.
 
AICTE launched the National level CMAT for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission in all management programmes approved by AICTE since 2012-13. However, AICTE has now decided to conduct CMAT twice a year. For any further queries, candidates are requested to visit the Council’s abovementioned official website.
