HRD Minister to Lay the Foundation Stone for IIM in Haryana

Chandigarh: Human Resource Development (HRD), Minister, Kapil Sibal will lay the foundation stone for the upcoming Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Haryana will be laid on September 3, 2010 at Garnawati village in Rohtak.
 
This was announced by Congree MP Mr Deepender Singh Hooda after meeting the Union Minister at New Delhi on Tuesday (i.e. on August 10). He also mentioned that the prestigious institute would be developed over an area of 200 acres at a cost of Rs 800 crore. He also informed that the classes for the IIM had already been started at the campus of Mahrishi Dayanand University, Rohtak.
 
In addition, Mr Hooda also succeeded in getting a Central School in Rewari district as Mr Sibbal accepted his request to start Central School classes at Bhakli village from this academic session. Moreover, he apprised the Minister that thousands of soldiers were serving the nation from the Bhakli, Rewari, Salhawas, Jhajjar area.
