Thanjavur: The online registration for courses that are to be offered by Sastra University for the even semester of the academic year 2010-2011, will commence from December 15, 2010. Students studying in II, IV and VI semester of Bachelor of Technology (B Tech) programme and the II, IV, VI and VIII semester of five year Integrated Master of Technology (M Tech) programmes can register online by visiting the university's official website: http://www.sastra.edu/.

Sastra University attained the status of a Deemed University on April 26, 2001.
