The same can also be obtained through post for which candidates should apply to the above address by enclosing a requisition along with a DD for Rs 375 and self addressed stamped envelope (25 x 30 cm) for Rs 35. The duly filled in and completed application form should be submitted to the following address latest by the last date mentioned below.
