How to Apply
Interested candidates may obtain the prospectus on cash payment of Rs 700 from BFUHS, Faridkot, GMC Patiala, GMC, Amritsar and Physiotherapy colleges at SINPMS Badal, All Saint Ludhiana, DAV Jalandhar, Adesh Muktsar & Bathinda, Gian Sagar Ram Nagar Banur. One can also obtain the prospectus through post by sending a DD of Rs 750 drawn in favour of Registrar BFUHS, payable at Faridkot. The duly filled in application should be submitted at BFUHS, Faridkot latest by July 20, 2011.
