The prescribed fee (details given in the website) should be paid in the form of DD drawn in favour of “Counseling Course, Department of Psychology, CU” and payable at Kolkata. The duly filled in application form along with DD and other requisite documents (list given in the website) should be sent to the Office of the Secretary, UCSTA, C.U., 92 A.P.C. Road, Kolkata – 700009, latest by November 30, 2011.
