Calcutta University PhD (Zoology) Admission 2012

University of Calcutta, Kolkata, West Bengal, has invited applications from eligible candidates for admission into PhD (Doctorate of Philosophy) programme in Zoology, to be offered in the upcoming session 2012. Admissions will be made on the basis of candidates’ performance in the entrance test, scheduled to be held on the date mentioned below, followed by an interview, to be conducted by the University.
 
Note:
  • Candidates who have qualified M Phil / NET / SET / SLET / Teacher Fellowship do not have to appear for the written examination. However, they should qualify in the interview to secure admission.
  • Candidates appearing for the interview must submit a 500-word research proposal or Statement of Purpose (SOP) on the day of the interview.
